I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was fine. The staff were patient and knowledgeable hole time of my stay. Loved breads, cakes, and fruit for breakfast. The property's location was incredible, close to train and bus station. Explored Lower Gardens, that is located relatively close to the hotel. I spent here 4 lovely days and would stay here again.
